I haven't received my order

After placing an order, you will receive an email with its estimated time of arrival. If the order hasn't arrived by the date mentioned, please consider delivery delays can happen.
We advise you to wait a couple extra days, and if your order does not arrive after a week of the estimated time of arrival, please reach out to our support team by submitting a request below with your order number and confirming your delivery address.

Shipping Times

To fight overproduction in the apparel industry, all our products are custom printed, which means we need a couple days to produce and ship them to you.
Delivery time will depend on your location, and you will receive an email with the estimated time of arrival after placing your order. In general, an order may take 5 to 12 days to arrive

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on weight, destination and the delivery service selected.

Where are you shipping from?

We have multiple facilities in the USA and European Union, we will ship from one of these regions depending on your location.

Customs Fees

Any orders being shipped outside of the USA, or the European Union may be subject to customs fees. Taxes may vary depending on your country.
For any issues regarding customs or duty fees, please contact your local customs office. These fees cannot be refunded, as they are not charged by us.

Changes & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24h of making the payment. After this, your order might already be in production at which point it can't be altered any further.
Please reach out to our support team by submitting a request below. Make sure to include your order number and select the correct topic ‘Cancel Order', so we can reach your order in time.

Can I change the delivery address?

You can change your address within 24h after payment. Please reach out to our support team by submitting a request below.
Make sure to include your order number, the desired address and select the correct topic ‘Change Order Details', so we can reach your order in time.

Can I change the product(s) on my order?

You can change the size and color of the product within 24h after payment.
We're unable to change the type of product or the design and we'll consider these requests as cancelation requests.
Please reach out to our support team by submitting a request below. Make sure to include your order number and select the correct topic ‘Change Order Details', so we can reach your order in time.

Product Issues

Product doesn't fit

Each product is custom printed based on the specifications you select_._ For this reason, we neither keep stock nor are we able to accept returns.
It's very important to check our Size Guide before ordering to make sure you select the perfect size. The size guide is located right above the size selection on the product page.
If you checked the guide beforehand and the item still seems to be either too small or too big, please get in touch with us so that we can determine if a sizing or manufacturing error occurred on our part.
Along with your order number, please include the following:

  1. A close-up photo of the label
  2. A photo of the item you've received upon a flat surface, with a measuring tool such as a ruler or measuring tape across the chest.

In the event of a mismatch, we'll send you a replacement of the right size ASAP, at no extra cost. There's no need for you to return the original product to us.

Product is faulty or wrong

Since all of our products are custom printed for each customer, they will only qualify for a refund or replacement if the item is faulty, or a mistake was made on our end.
Please contact our Support Team if you experience the following:

  • You receive the wrong size/color/design.
  • The printing quality is not up to standard.
  • The product doesn't seem to match what was advertised.
    Please provide photos that illustrate the problem as well as ensure that you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date so that we may provide an accurate investigation into any issues.
    We'll never ask you to send the product back to us, as we do not have any facilities to accept returns. Any items that are returned will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Missing Product

If you've placed an order for several items, it's very likely that they won't be delivered together all at once. Please wait until the final day of the Estimated Timeof Arrival (ETA) for everything to be delivered.

Refunds & Replacements

Can I return my order?

Because your order is custom printed specifically for you, we neither keep stock nor are we able to accept returns.
If you believe something's wrong with your item/s, please check our Product Issues segment.

When will I get my refund?

After our support team has confirmed a refund was processed, this can take 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process it.

We have both global and local payment methods available, including:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard)
  • PayPal

How to make an order

To buy one or more products, just follow these steps:

  1. On the product page, select the product, color, and size (don't forget to take a look at our size guide!) - if the design uses Custom Text, write the intended text now, and then click the ‘ADD TO CART' button.
  2. A pop-up window on your cart will appear so that you can confirm the details of your order and add more items from the same campaign, if desired, before checking out.
  3. If everything looks good to go, click the ‘
    Proceed to Checkout' button.
  4. On the checkout page, after reviewing your order once again on the right hand, fill in:
  • Your email address
  • Your shipping details (full name, address, city, region, postcode, and country) - please note we always consider the shipping address you fill out in the checkout form and NOT the address associated with your payment method.
    If your order has custom text, please make sure it shows as intended. At this stage, you can still go back and modify the order, including deleting or adding the text
  1. Select your payment method at the bottom of the checkout page and click ‘Place your order'. If you use a credit card, you will need to fill in your details beforehand. For any other payment method, you will be directed to the partner payment provider page to insert your payment details.
    We advise you avoid using any accents and provide your address using the English alphabet only. Some of our carriers cannot successfully print a shipping label with accents or in a writing system other than English.

Currency

You'll always be charged in the currency you see on the checkout page.

Payment failed

If your payment fails, your order will be canceled automatically. It will NOT be possible to reattempt payment for that order.
Instead, we recommend you try making a new one. Make sure to double-check if all of your payment details are correct, and that the previous attempt really didn't go through.
If the issue persists, we suggest you check with your bank in case there are any extra security steps required to proceed with the transaction.

Can't complete checkout

If your order is not going through, make sure all the required fields in the checkout are filled.
If you're still having trouble, it may help to clear the cookies from your browser history or try a different browser (chrome, firefox, explorer, etc) or device (laptop, iPhone, etc).
