Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges Since our products are custom printed specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size/color.
However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a mistake on our end, you do not need to send the product back to us. We do not have facilities to accept physical returns.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@teechannels.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
To be eligible for a refund or a free replacement, please provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the product illustrating the issue (wrong design/color, printing quality not up to standard, or physical damage).
Please contact our Support Team within 14 days of the delivery date so that we may investigate and make it right.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. However, as our products are customized/personalized, they fall under the legal exception for the right of withdrawal. We will still honor refunds or replacements for any quality issues as stated above.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve evaluated your request and photos, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
